University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced a Uniform Grading Scheme, for the preparation of results, to be followed by all the Public and Private universities in Bangladesh from the session 2006-2007.

However, Universities may use 'I' grade in case of incomplete grade and 'W' for withdrawn courses.

It is to be noted that, Institutions/Colleges, who are offering 'Pass' degree would still continue their old making system.
